The Amish Bookseller by Abigail Augsburger is a short tale classified as Amish Mystery.
Miriam is an Amish and she started to work in a book by an english lady, Stella Wilson. Stella married a man much more old than her 30 years of difference, although she assured the girl she loved him profoundly. Miriam loves books so badly and so although this lady is english, she loves to working in her bookstore.
One night, she had an appointment with a boy, she remembers she had forgotten something at the bookstore. Once arrived there, she had left the owner in the store, she discovers the body of Stella.
Shocked by what she saw Miriam will call the police without problems although at first police men suspected of her. I started to love Amish Fiction because it gives tranquillity, that simplicity lost somewhere else in a life too complicated sometimes.
I encourage you to read Amish Literature. These tales, long or little are a balm for the soul.
I downloaded this eBook on Amazon.
