Acroyoga Avec Mon Enfant by Julien Levy

When I received as a gift for the confinement, as french people call the lockdown, these free ebooks, I was immediately touched by Acroyoga Avec Mon Enfant
by Julien Levy. Published by Editions-Jouvence, this book is truly inspiring and a beautiful idea for these days spent at home if you are a family, healthy and with numerous children.
Surely you know that just cooking, baking and consequentely, eating and staying sat in the sofa for a large part of the day is not properly healthy. If you have little children and if you want to search to give them a mental and physical stability, because yoga acts in the entire body and mental system of the person, why not involve them in an everyday session of stretching and at the same time, serenity? Your children at the end will be so happy and cheerful, a bit tired and satisfied; at the same time you will involve your toddlers in an healthy activity that must be practiced everyday, creating memories that will remain with them forever.
Why yoga? As explain pretty humoristically by the author because everyone in the little village where she lived in, suffered of something, sometimes serious illnesses. So, without to losing time, the idea of Yoga as a way for healing from most of the problematic developed by the people of the little town.
Yoga reach mind, body thanks to breath and meditation. Quickly the people of the village returned to experience the pleasure of a body set free and good relationship.

Why yoga is so important for children? The author explains that practicing yoga mean growing children good and empathic, contributing at the maturation of the brain in the kid; the kid will grow up harmonically and with the help of parents who share with them all their time, expressing feelings with relaxation. It doesn't mean, add that author, that a positive couple is naive because the approach with their children will be different.
It's the opposite: parents and children will discover the ability of listening, loving, in a fluid relationship parents-children.

Beautiful, sunny book! Highly recommended.
